Trinity lists an application fee of EUR 55 for each course route. A postgraduate offer can also require an acceptance deposit, but Trinity deducts that payment from tuition. Adding a deposit to tuition as a separate expense would count the same money twice, while the exact payment date still matters for arranging a loan or transfer.

The immigration funding rule and an actual Dublin budget answer different questions.
