An Indian transcript should make the computing sequence visible. Algorithms, data structures, programming, databases, software engineering, systems and supporting mathematics are more informative than a list of generic IT subjects.
The 2.7 threshold applies after German-grade equivalence is assessed. A raw CGPA shouldn’t be described as passing until the official documents and grading scale have been evaluated through the application process.
