Metropolia shows why the small print matters. Most bachelor’s fees for study rights starting after 31 July 2027 are EUR 11,500, with selected degrees at EUR 12,000, while master’s fees are EUR 12,500 per year. The current EUR 1,000 discount is available only through named selection routes. Autumn starters pay the whole academic year in one instalment, and bank or Flywire charges remain the student’s responsibility.

UEF makes the first-year limit unusually explicit. Eligible 2027 students can receive its 30% Early Bird, but there is no other tuition waiver or scholarship to apply for during admission for the first academic year. UEF also says applicants cannot apply for a full waiver and must fund the remaining tuition and living expenses themselves.

Xamk’s current scheme applies to degree programmes starting in January 2027 or later. It lists annual tuition of EUR 10,700 for bachelor’s degrees and EUR 13,500 for master’s degrees, plus a 10% Early Bird discount under the admission-payment terms. Can study progress or Finnish skills lower later fees?

Yes. Later awards may depend on a credit threshold, grades, attendance, Finnish proficiency or graduation timing.
