What is TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics in Athlone?

TUS MSc Digital Marketing and Analytics is a one-year, 90-ECTS Level 9 course in Athlone. Non-EU tuition is EUR 16,500 for 2026/27, about INR 18.37 lakh. A one-year plan using current campus and immigration figures is about INR 36.88 lakh.

The course covers strategy, analytics, search, social media, advertising, artificial intelligence, law, design and e-commerce. Students choose either a live Digital Consultancy Project or a dissertation. September 2026 is closed. September 2027 programme availability, its fee and its deadline remain unpublished.

How much does TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics cost?

The one-year planning total is EUR 33,122, about INR 36.88 lakh. It includes tuition, twelve months of Athlone living and current application, visa and registration charges. Insurance, flights and refundable housing deposits remain outside it. The published tuition component is EUR 16,500.

One-year planning totalINR 36.88 lakhEUR 33,122Using the published basis

The EUR 1,000 deposit and immigration's EUR 6,000 tuition-payment condition are inside tuition. They are cash-flow milestones rather than extra costs. Converted at EUR 1 = INR 111.3475, the ECB reference rate on 26 August 2026. Provider rates differ. Insurance, flights and refundable housing deposits are excluded.

The Athlone estimate adds EUR 1,351 for each of twelve months. Medical insurance remains outside the total because TUS gives only a EUR 150 to EUR 500 range, and campaign-project travel or equipment isn’t separately priced.

The ordinary offer route asks for EUR 1,000 within 21 days and at least 60 percent of tuition before a full offer. Applicants should use their own offer schedule because the old June 2025 balance date can’t govern this intake.

A competitive TUS Global award can reach EUR 4,000, but the page keeps full tuition because no award is automatic. Immigration’s EUR 10,000 funds requirement tests access to money and doesn’t add another line to the course budget.

Irish immigration states the funding rule directly

“You must show you have sufficient funds to support your stay in Ireland without recourse to public funds, or the reliance on casual employment.”Immigration Service Delivery, student finances

This isn’t a second charge in the cost table. It is the evidence-of-funds test behind the budget.

Can an Indian applicant meet TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics entry rules?

Entry depends on a Level 8 equivalent honours degree with at least a 2.2 in business, or a non-business degree supported by considerable experience through RPL, plus master’s-level English. TUS publishes no GRE or GMAT requirement. The course-specific subject rule and NFQ Level 8 equivalence remain binding even when the central India percentage is met.

RequirementPublished ruleWhat you do
Award level (India)Irish NFQ Level 8 equivalentRequest written qualification confirmation
Programme rule (India)A Level 8 equivalent honours degree with at least a 2.2 in business, or a non-business degree supported by considerable experience through RPLMap degree content and experience
India result (India)60% for BBA, Business Studies, Management or BCom under Other DisciplinesMap the degree and ask TUS to confirm the category
IELTS Academic (India)6.5 overall, no band below 6.0Submit a valid current result
GRE or GMAT (India)No requirement publishedDo not arrange one unless requested

Business graduates have a direct subject route, while non-business applicants depend on RPL and may face an interview. Because TUS doesn’t quantify considerable experience, the portfolio should connect responsibilities to marketing, analytics and campaign decisions.

IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0 is the current master’s profile. No GRE or GMAT is published, but clearing English doesn’t answer the India-category ambiguity or prove that a non-business RPL case will pass.

Three checks that decide an Indian file

  1. The analytics word does not settle the India percentage

TUS has not mapped this course to its central Analytics category. A BTech or BE applicant should obtain a written decision instead of choosing between 55 percent and 60 percent from the title alone.
  2. The programme rule still controls

A percentage from the India table doesn’t settle whether this file is business, Analytics or Other Disciplines. The award must also meet the programme’s Level 8 subject route or its unquantified RPL assessment.
  3. English alternatives are complete score profiles

The 2026/27 English table accepts Duolingo, TOEFL iBT and PTE alternatives, each with component conditions. Every component must meet the master’s row rather than only the overall score.

How should an Indian applicant plan the TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics application?

September 2026 is closed and September 2027 availability is unpublished. On 1 October 2026, check whether the Athlone course returns and whether its consultancy or dissertation routes have changed. The client-consultancy route needs particular confirmation because TUS does not guarantee a partner.

A direct applicant selects one course in the TUS international portal, uploads identity, academic, English, CV and reference evidence, and pays EUR 50. TUS says an academic update normally takes about two weeks.

Use this date to check the Athlone listing. TUS has not published the September 2027 deadline for this course. Application dates depend on the new listing's availability, fee and consultancy route.

The allowances are Nbyula planning estimates, not processing times published by Technological University of the Shannon.

The portal accepts one choice, so select the Athlone URL only after comparing it with Limerick. The two courses differ in delivery, project evidence and company-access cautions even though they share an award name.

Direct application costs EUR 50. TUS describes the charge as non-refundable and also says it is deducted from final fees, so ask how that deduction will appear before treating it as a tuition credit.

The old 1 June 2026 close proves only that the finished intake is unavailable. Wait for a September 2027 date on the Athlone listing before timing English, documents, payment or visa work.

The next programme list is unpublishedThe Athlone listing must confirm the course, fee, project choices and closing date before a direct file is opened.

What jobs can follow TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics?

TUS describes possible marketing roles and publishes real examples of student consultancy work with Irish brands, but it gives no programme placement rate, cohort destination table, salary or named graduate employer. The live project is portfolio evidence, not recruitment evidence.

MeasureFigureBasis
Published role examples5Curriculum links, not destinations
Placement rateNot publishedNo programme cohort measure
Named employer outcomesNot publishedNo verified destination series
Graduate permission12 plus possible 12 monthsConditional Level 9 Stamp 1G route

Digital marketing roles aren't automatically Critical Skills occupations. Any permit case follows the specific job's duties, salary, employer and candidate, not the Analytics wording in the degree title.

SOLAS reports demand for digital, data-analysis and artificial-intelligence skills within sales and marketing work. It also places broad marketing-associate growth below the workforce average. General digital marketing roles are not broadly named on the Critical Skills list, so permit alignment is narrow and role specific.

Credible target roles include Digital marketing executive, PPC or SEO specialist, E-commerce operations executive, Marketing analytics executive and Digital account executive. These are curriculum-aligned possibilities, not promises. Senior labels generally need prior delivery or supervisory experience.

The Athlone page shows real brand consultancy activity but no placement percentage, salary distribution or time-to-job measure. Those projects demonstrate the type of portfolio work available, not a measured graduate employment result.

No exact-course graduate account was independently verified. TUS’s client-project examples remain useful for judging task realism, but they don’t establish how often students secure clients, jobs or employer sponsorship.

Who is TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics for, and who should avoid it?

The strongest fit is a business graduate with campaign or analytics experience. The weakest fit is an applicant seeking a guaranteed internship or critical skills route. The course makes most sense when its client work can produce campaign evidence relevant to the applicant’s target role.

VerdictYour backgroundWhy
Strong fitBusiness graduate with campaign or analytics experienceThe applied modules can turn prior marketing work into a measured portfolio.
Strong fitApplicant who can evidence the published academic routeThe file can be checked against a clear degree, subject or experience case.
Needs evidenceRecent graduate without Irish work historyAcademic entry may be possible, while role evidence and local networks still need development.
Do not shortlistApplicant seeking a guaranteed internship or Critical Skills routeNeither a placement nor broad permit eligibility is published.

The consultancy route uses a live industry partner and requires a proposal, analysis, testing and client-approved execution. TUS does not publish how partners are allocated or how many students secure this route.

A business fresher may clear formal entry, but the credible first role will depend on campaign metrics, analytics evidence and the final project. Eligibility alone won’t make a digital manager or strategy title realistic.

Athlone is a poor shortlist choice when a guaranteed internship or immigration route is essential. The live consultancy choice is assessed academic work, and the public evidence provides neither placement allocation nor automatic permit treatment.

What does the 90-ECTS TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics curriculum contain?

TUS publishes the complete named module structure for the one-year award. The client route turns research and testing into a plan that the partner approves before execution. No public figure shows how consultancy partners are assigned or how many students obtain one.

  • The published award total is 90 ECTS
  • The capstone is selected from two alternatives, a Digital Consultancy Project and a Dissertation
  • Module-level credits and assessment weights are not published

Every named Athlone module remains visible while its unpublished credit stays labelled Not published. The 90 ECTS award total is confirmed, but it can’t justify inventing equal credits or counting the consultancy project and dissertation together.

Should an Indian applicant shortlist TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics?

Shortlist it when you want to build measurable campaign evidence through an applied marketing course and accept that the consultancy option is not a placement. Choose it for portfolio-building, not as a direct Critical Skills strategy or guaranteed employer route alone.

Its strongest feature is the choice between a live client consultancy project and a dissertation after six taught modules. That can create a useful campaign case study. The tradeoff is that the public page gives no module credits, assessment weights, partner allocation rate or timetable, so workload and access to a client brief remain hard to judge before enrolment.

The uncertainty begins before admission and continues into outcomes. A non-business graduate depends on an unquantified RPL portfolio and a possible interview. The India table does not say whether Analytics in the title moves a BTech or BE file from the 55 percent Other Disciplines category to the 60 percent Analytics category. The course also has no published placement rate, graduate salary or named employer destination.

  • A non-business graduate depends on an unquantified RPL portfolio and a possible interview.

Frequently asked questions

How much is TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics for Indian students?

The 2026/27 non-EU tuition is EUR 16,500, about INR 18.37 lakh at the 26 August 2026 ECB rate. A twelve-month plan using TUS's Athlone living estimate plus application, visa and registration charges is EUR 33,122, about INR 36.88 lakh. Insurance, flights and refundable housing deposits are excluded.

What are the entry requirements for TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics?

TUS requires a 2.2 Level 8 business or cognate degree, or a non-cognate degree supported by considerable experience through RPL. Indian applicants must also clear NFQ Level 8 equivalence and the central qualification table. IELTS is 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0. No GRE or GMAT requirement is published.

When can I apply for TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics in 2027?

TUS says its next global application cycle opens on 1 October 2026. It has not confirmed that this exact programme will be offered for September 2027, nor published that cycle's fee or closing date. September 2026 is closed, so 1 October is a catalogue-check date rather than an assured programme opening.

Does TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics include a placement?

TUS does not publish a placement for the Athlone MSc. Students may choose a live consultancy project or dissertation, but the project is assessed academic work rather than employment. No partner-allocation rate, programme placement percentage, named recruiting pipeline or graduate salary is available for this course.

Is TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics eligible for Stamp 1G?

An eligible non-EEA graduate of an Irish NFQ Level 9 award can receive 12 months on Stamp 1G and may receive a second 12 months after showing appropriate job-search steps. The scheme is conditional, requires timely application and does not guarantee a job, Critical Skills permit or permission for self-employment.

What jobs fit TUS Digital Marketing and Analytics?

Curriculum-aligned possibilities include Digital marketing executive, PPC or SEO specialist, E-commerce operations executive, Marketing analytics executive and Digital account executive. TUS does not publish a placement rate or typical salary for this exact programme. The first realistic role depends on prior subject depth, project evidence, job duties and whether the live employment-permit rules cover the actual offer.
