The general age wording does not create a 2027 birth date test. Paris-Saclay translated the 2026 rules into birth dates of after 31 March 1996 for Master and after 31 March 1990 for PhD. Recipient implementation says payments normally go to a French bank account, with the first payment sent through Western Union, a money transfer service. Funding applies to the approved academic year and generally to periods in France, subject to the internship, exchange and doctoral mobility rules.
